I'm feeling more than a little smug at the moment as I am still on my weekly "just been punching the crap out of a big bag 'o' sand" high. It's wonderful. I ache all over, I feel like I earned my dinner tonight. Now, how do I bottle this? And more to the point, why does this feeling disappear so quickly?
Every time I drive away from a boxing session I think to myself, "I need to pull my finger out and do that more often", but I never do. Why is that? WHY?
I wish I could kick my own unmotivated arse sometimes.
